White Wine Booze Pops Because… Summer!

In this country, as we all know the weather is a completely unreliable indicator of the seasons, so we basically have to create our own summer.

And what says ‘Summer!’ better than boozy ice pops? These white wine and melon booze pops have it all: wine, fruit, wine and fruit on a stick – they’re the essential summer Sunday accessory.

White Wine, Peach and Melon Booze Pops

Makes 6-12 depending on the size of the ice pop mold

Refreshing mexican style ice pops - cucumber, lime, honeydew margarita paletas - popsicles. Top view, overhead. Cinco de Mayo recipe, copy space

Ingredients:

400g white peaches with skin
225g melon (watermelon or cantaloupe)
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor.

Pour into ice pop molds and freeze.
