With the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, non-essential retail reopened today.
With it, Aldi's middle aisle is no longer sealed off, meaning we can once again bask in the magic that is Specialbuys.
On Thursday the 27th, their new range of summer garden essentials will be available in stores nationwide. Here are the five bits we're dying to get our hands on for what will hopefully be a much brighter summer.
Reclining Sun Lounger - €39.99
This lounger is made with durable material and includes a removable pillow, armrest and footrest. It comes in an anthracite frame with a taupe or dark grey cover, and a silver frame with a black cover. Cocktail optional.
Garden Party Decorations - €2.99 each
As outdoor gatherings get more and more common with the easing of restrictions, it's shaping up to be a summer of outdoor parties. Aldi's middle aisle will have everything you need to be the ultimate host, from buntings to balloons to photo props and more. Available ranges include garden parties, hen parties and baby showers.
Topiary Trio Tree/Obelisk €24.99
Both the topiary trio ball tree and the obelisk are perfect for framing doors or patios. They're also weather and UV-resistant.
String Chairs - €29.99 (Adult)/€24.99 (Child)
These poly-rattan round wicker chairs have a steel frame and an ergonomically shaped back rest. They're UV-resistant for up to around 300 hours. Both sizes are available in orange, bamboo look or muted green, so you can match with your little ones.
Rattan Effect Storage Table - €24.99
