 Oh WOW.

Meghan Markle’s former Los Angeles home has officially gone on the market – and it’s just as stunning as you would expect.

The 2,262-square-foot Colonial-style home carries a pretty big price tag, though. The listing has it available to buy for $1,799,000 (or just over €1,604,000).

According to TMZ, Meghan lived at the house during her marriage to with director and producer Trevor Engelson, from 2011 to 2013.

Whether or not she was still the owner after they split isn’t clear.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home was built in 1924, according to Homes.com, and is in an “amazing central location.”

The ground floor has an open floor plan, with hardwood floors and some gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows – which provide plenty of natural lighting.

The living room opens into the dining room and family room, with beautiful doors opening up into an al fresco dining area.

The kitchen, which is accessible through an open doorway in the living room, including a cosy-looking breakfast nook.

Upstairs, there are four sun-filled bedrooms – as well as two bathrooms.

The listing comes a few months after Meghan and Prince Harry moved into the recently-renovated Frogmore Cottage.

And according to reports, the Sussexes’ new neighbours were given a list of “over the top” rules concerning the royal  at a recent residents meeting.

According to The Sun, neighbours were warned not to ask to see baby Archie or to offer to babysit him; and to not post anything through the letterbox of Frogmore Cottage.

They were also cautioned against petting or offering to walk the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s two dogs – even if the dogs come up to them.

However, a spokesman for Buckingham Palace insisted the Duke and Duchess had “no knowledge of this briefing and no involvement in the concept or the content”.

They told the publication:

“This was a well-intentioned briefing to help a small local community know how to welcome two new residents and help them with any potential encounter.

“There was no handout or letter. The talk was undertaken by a local manager and was widely viewed as being well received.”
