The Christmas season is officially upon us.

And Captain Americas has come up with a very special way to ring in the holiday season.

The restaurant have announced the return of their 12 Days of Christmas toy appeal, which will be in support of Temple Street Children’s University Hospital and Cork University Hospital this year.

The appeal will run from Wednesday, December 12 until Monday, December 24.

During that time, they are asking customers to bring a small, new toy to any of their restaurants for the children at Temple Street Children’s University Hospital and Cork University Hospital.

In return, they are giving everyone who donates a toy a special gift to say thanks: a free dessert voucher, valid for the beginning of 2019.

And to make things even better, they are going to be giving a mystery gift away to one lucky customer  in each of their restaurants – Blanchardstown, Grafton St and Cork – every day.

A spokesperson for Captain Americas said:

” We are determined for ALL of our super hero kids spending the festive season in hospital to have a magical Christmas.”
