EastEnders fans noticed a huge error with Alfie Moon’s exit last night

Fans of the soap were not impressed.

Alfie Moon left EastEnders fans furious last night when they noticed a glaring error with his exit.

The former landlord of the Queen Vic left Albert Square with his baby daughter, Cherry, last night as he tried to escape the wrath of the Slaters.

He first did a runner with his baby daughter over the holidays, but since agreed to return the little girl to her mum, Hayley.

He had initially promised to bring the newborn back to the house first thing, but his estranged wife, Kat, agreed to postpone it until 5.30pm.

After spotting his boys in the Square, Alfie soon changed his mind and decided he was going to head off with Cherry – convinced that Hayley would never let him have a relationship with his daughter.

He shared his plans with Ian, before bundling up Cherry and putting her in the car. As he got into the front seat of the car, he told her: “It’s out only choice, girl.”

But eagle-eyed EastEnders fans had one big issue with his exit: how he put baby Cherry in the backseat of the car.

Namely, that he didn’t secure the car seat – but then, somehow, Cherry was strapped in safely (and in the front of the car) in the next scene.

Many other fans took issue with the fact that Alfie walked away from his three sons, who stayed behind in Walford.
