According to DigitalSpytensions will quickly rise among the Carter family when they learn about new evidence that the police have.

The police have a statement t from a man who claims to have sold Mick a gun in the lead up to the shooting – and that the bullet that shot Stuart match the weapon.

Linda vists Mick to share the news, leaving him stuck. He’s forced to reveal that he did think about killing Stuart that night, but didn’t actually go through with it.

Despite Mick pleading his innocence, Linda is furious – and cuts all ties with him as she leaves.

When she gets back to the Queen Vic, she tells the rest of the Carters that she thinks Mick is guilty now and won’t be standing by him anymore. She also tells them all that they need to decide whose side they’re going to be on.

Shirley, who is still convinced Mick is innocent, lashes out at Linda about her disloyalty – and, later on, receives a phone call from her devastated son.
