Grey’s Anatomy‘s Caterina Scorsone reveals she is expecting her third child with her husband, Rob Giles.
The 38-year-old, who plays Amelia Shepherd on Grey’s Anatomy, confirmed the news with a Hallowe’en themed announcement on Friday.
She posted a photo of herself, Giles and their two daughters – two-and-a-half-year-old Paloma, and seven-year-old Eliza – dressed up as the Addams Family.
“Our Family’s about to get even kookier,” she captioned the photo, before adding that she has a “#pumpkinintheoven.”
Her co-stars, friends and fans rushed to congratulate her underneath the spooktacular announcement.

Earlier this year, the actress opened up about the beauty of parenthood to PEOPLE.
“I think one thing that changes when you have kids is that nothing is in your control anymore,” she said. “You have to roll with whatever is happening and there are people that are now in your life very intimately and in your space who have distinctly different personalities from you.”
“You kind of have an opportunity to get to know them and see what they like and accommodate how they want to be in the world. All [while] trying to make it look awesome,” she continued. “So you kind of have to develop your sense of humor and just laugh at all of the places where you thought that you were protecting your ego because it’s done.”
