This mum just tricked her husband into drinking her breast milk

And people are very divided over it.

“It tastes funky.”

A video of a mum tricking her husband into drinking her breastmilk has caused quite a stir online.

Charlotte Adams from Surrey in the UK filmed herself making her husband Rob’s breakfast and explained that she was going to play a trick on him.

“I’ve been trying to get Ivy on the bottle but she won’t take it and I hate throwing my milk away; it takes so long to express,” she said.

“So I thought giving it to Rob would be the best thing and, of course, make me laugh!’.”

She also put some normal milk and brought it up to him.

Poor unsuspecting Rob drank the whole thing – you can check out his reaction here.

He took it well enough to be fair to him – after the initial death stare that is – but the internet is very divided over what Charlotte did.

Some commenters on the Netmums Facebook page, where the video was originally shared, were not impressed.

“Why though? Keep your fluids to yourself,” wrote one person.

“The most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen.”

“I’d love to see the revenge cuppa he makes her!! Far worse.”

Others thought didn’t see an issue with it.

“It’s better for him than animals’ milk to be fair and it comes from his partner who he loves, probably kisses and exchanges bodily fluid with anyhow.”

“Isn’t it bizarre that we are so repulsed at the thought of drinking human breastmilk but we are quite happy to drink the breastmilk of a completely different species!”

As Romper points out, breast milk is actually does have quite a few benefits. Packed with nutrients, it’s been shown to reduce chances of ear infections, diarrhea and respiratory illnesses. That doesn’t necessarily mean you should be sneaking into someone else’s cuppa though!
