What a sweet message.
Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis’ daughter Daisy turned one yesterday. Daisy is the couple’s second child and celebrated her birthday on the International Day of the Girl.
To mark the significant day for women around the world and also her little daughter, she posted a tribute to Daisy on Instagram, along with a beautiful picture.
She said:
“My curious, courageous one, I promise we’ll work hard to make this place better for you and your sisters everywhere. We’ve taken some hits recently, but I believe we are even more determined because of it.
We dream of a time when you won’t have to apologize for your brilliance, or sacrifice your self-respect to prove your worthiness. This world is yours, kiddo. We’re just the cleanup crew. I love you. Happy birthday.”
She also followed up with another picture taken the day that Daisy was born. It shows her giving the middle finger to camera after the ‘drugs kicked in’. In the post, she thanked the doctors and nurses for their help in safely delivering baby Daisy.
