You probably wouldn’t be able to guess which one of these women is the oldest

This is mad.

Laura Holland

woman

Wow!

When you look at the above photo you may guess that the three women are similar ages or a few years apart, right? If you were asked to pick the mother and daughters in the picture, you might struggle.

When the HerFamily team were asked, half of the table said the woman in the middle, while half said the woman on the right. If you think the right, then you would be correct.

What’s more, she is a mother of seven and is 43 years of age. Absolutely incredible.

Jessica Enslow has picked up an impressive following after completely transforming her life and restructuring her diet and routine. She now focuses on weight training and eating the right food and she’s certainly seeing the results.

She often does comparisons on Instagram from when she was 20 with just one baby, to now, at the age of 43, when she has a much larger family.

Speaking about the difference in her lifestyle, she said, “I learned to believe in myself and found the confidence to change things, and by so doing, found a lot more happiness and peace. Life isn’t all roses now for me, but the girl on the right has learned when we take care of ourselves physically, emotionally, spiritually and make sure we are in healthy relationships, wonders can take place. I dreaded getting older throughout my life, but not anymore.”

My #transformation has been a lot more than just physical the past 23 years. The girl on the left was so excited to be a mother, but had no idea what lied ahead. My kids were definitely the highs in my life for many years, but the lows got pretty low. There were many days & years I thought I was in a living hell I would never escape. Low self-esteem & fear kept me in my place. Nursing school forced me out of it. I had to extend myself to others daily when I was pretty much an introvert at the time. Getting out in the workforce taught me that I could care for myself & kids if I needed to. I learned to believe in myself & found the confidence to change things, and by so doing, found a lot more happiness & peace. ? Life isn’t all roses now for me, but the girl on the right has learned when we take care of ourselves physically, emotionally, spiritually and make sure we are in healthy relationships, wonders can take place. I dreaded getting older throughout my life, but not anymore. I love that I know my worth & am surrounded by the most amazing people. Know YOUR worth! Love yourself! Take care of yourself! For it is only then that you’re able to help others ♥️ • • • • • • • #transformationtuesday #fatloss #fitnessjourney #fitmums #fitmamas #fitmoms #transformations #weightlosstips #trainlikeagirl #loveyourselfmore #weighttraining #cardio #abworkout #armworkout #fitspo #utahfitfam #utah #utahfitness #howtoloseweight #antiaging #timeless #countingmacros #momswholift #momlife #eternallove #beachbody #bikinibody #bikiniprep #girlsgonesporty

She has also shared her diet plan, which helps her to eat right.

????FOOD DIARY: First off, realize that I am semi-aggressively in a cutting phase right now. I started out 75 grams higher on carbs 4 months ago and have progressively reduced my carb intake while increasing cardio since then. I still feel really good on 100g a day and I do have one higher carb/fat day each week. You may want to keep more carbs in your diet than I have. Remember, everyone’s macros will be different based on a variety of factors like gender, weight, activity level, etc. You are always welcome to increase cardio to counteract higher carb intake, but it will likely take more than a few minutes to actually zero them out. {swipe to see actual food diary specifics} *** I’ve had requests to post more of what I eat. I have to say, I literally eat the same things over and over again, so I hesitate at the risk of being redundant. Here are typical meals and snacks I eat regularly: ♥️Breakfast: 1 whole egg, 5 egg whites with mushroom slices to add volume but not a lot of carbs/calories, 1/4 c oatmeal (dry before cooking) with zero calorie Stevia all natural sweetener, strawberry slices and a few semi-sweet chocolate chips + Fat Free Reddi Wip. ?? ♥️Snacks: Quest protein chips, Dannon fit & Light Greek Yogurt, snow peas/sugar snap peas, dill pickle spears, jerky ? ♥️Lunch: Cottage cheese (2%), 1/3 banana with 3-5 grams peanut butter and I may throw a couple chocolate chips on that or a slice of toast with 1/4 Tbl butter ?? ♥️Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, broccoli & cauliflower ? ♥️ Bonus meal: Protein pancakes {{Kodiak Protein Packed Pancake Mix, Egg/egg whites, non-fat plain Greek yogurt}} topped w/ calorie free Walden Farms syrup, strawberries & Fat Free Reddi Wip ? BON APPETITE ?‍? #fooddiary #nutrition #mealprep #iifym #flexibledieting #lunchbox #nutritiontips #mealplan #fitness #healthyeating #healthymeal #mealpreparation #foodtips #carbs #weightlifting #bbg #nutritionable #carbs #lowcarb #lowcarbdiet #bikiniprep #preplife #macrocounting #fitnessmotivation #transformationtuesday #foodgoals #girlswholift #protein #bikinibody
