Royal staffer makes a harsh comment about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s marriage

A savage comment about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s relationship.

As royal fans are probably aware at this point, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expecting their first child this spring.

An exciting time for any couple and as recent photos of the couple show, they are beaming with joy at the moment.

However, it seems that some people behind the scenes have very different opinions on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and aren’t convinced by the constant displays of affection.

One royal insider has shared some information from behind the scenes and said that some of the staff working for Meghan and Harry don’t believe their relationship is guaranteed to last for life.

This particular royal aide spoke to The Telegraph recently and spoke about how certain staff “below stairs” say they are giving it just “five years” before the couple split up.

OUCH.

In relation to the feeling amongst royal staff, the source went on to say:

“When people join the royal household, they ultimately expect to be serving Queen and country, not necessarily an American actress who has starred in a legal drama on the telly.”

Pretty harsh when all is said and done.

These latest reports come after months of speculation where Meghan was said to be given the nickname of Duchess Difficult.

Yes apparently, the 37-year-old is called this because some Kensington Palace staff have found Meghan hard to work with.

The Mail on Sunday previously reported that the palace staff have never experienced such a “formidable work ethic” and it is not uncommon for the 37-year-old to send six or seven texts a day with ideas and requests of how she can shape and define her role as Duchess.

This way of doing things is at odds with the more formal attitude of some of the palace staff and of course, you can see why people might be finding it difficult to adjust.
