In the week when Ireland recovered from Storm Ophelia, The Late Late Show will pay tribute to the people across Ireland who helped minimise the impact.

There will also be very special performances from Celine Byrne, Gregory Porter and Pete Conway. They will join the RTÉ Concert Orchestra on the night to give their own unique rendition of well-known songs.

Kildare soprano Celine will sing Climb Ev’ry Mountain from The Sound of Music, Gregory will perform Charlie Chaplin’s Smile and Pete Conway will take on Joe Dolan’s classic Good Lookin’ Woman.

Also on the show will be football legend Graeme Souness and actor Michael Harding.

The stars of RTÉ2’s Salon Confidential will be in studio to give an audience member a make-over. Plus Irish stylist Gareth Bromell will be telling all about giving Taylor Swift a new lease of life with her post-Calvin Harris break-up hairdo.

Finally, Maia Dunphy will be on the show to chat all things parenting, as she shares her experiences of the pressures of modern motherhood, dealing with unwanted advice, sleep deprivation, competitive parents and dirty nappies.
