Finally – we know who will be playing and the lineup is really good.
Electric Picnic will take residence in Stradbally Estate again this year, and continues its tradition of having one of the best festival line-ups.
They’ve just announced the headline acts for the three-day festival and they include Duran Duran, The XX, Interpol, London Grammar and Chaka Khan.
We Chaka Khan’t believe it. (sorry)
Taking place from September 1st to 3rd, other acts confirmed are Run the Jewels, Pete Tong, A Tribe Called Quest and Father John Misty.
Last year saw the introduction of the swimming area, set in the idyllic surroundings of the Stradbally Hall estate. It also hosted huge brands such as Bacardi, Three, Orchard Thieves, Heineken and Electric Ireland, who each had their own activations dotted around the grounds.
But I’m afraid tickets are sold out!
