Meghan Markle makes her royal debut in Toronto… and she looks stunning

A vision in purple.

We have to say that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are fast becoming one of our fave couples.

She’s American, 36, an actress, and divorced; he’s a member of the British royal family, 33, very famous, and oh-so loaded.

But against the odds they’re seriously loved-up and definitely it seems like only a matter of time before Mr Wales pops the question.

And now Ms Markle has made her royal debut – turning up at the Invictus Games in Toronto, Canada.

Sadly, the couple weren’t seated together – 18 seats apart to be exact – presumably so as not to distract from the worthy occasion.

A bit of royal research furthermore reveals to us that as they are not officially a ring-on-it item yet, palace protocol dictates that the duo cannot be next to one another at official events.

Instead, the prince had the honour of being seated alongside US First Lady Melania Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Still, that didn’t stop Harry continuously gazing lovingly over at his girlfriend of a year. Cuteness!

And we have to say that Meghan looked top-notch.

She had on a purple dress and a matching €575 Mackage leather jacket. She was accompanied by her close friend, Markus Anderson, who reportedly introduced her to Prince Harry last year.

Ms Markle also currently resides in Toronto while she films the US legal drama, Suits.

She has been dating the prince since July of last year and Meghan attended the almost-royal wedding of Pippa Middleton and James Matthews over the summer.
