There are a lot of parenting trends, especially when it comes to finding new and interesting ways to commemorate your child’s milestones.
A new trend has popped up recently and it’s one I think is better left well alone as it is terrifying.

Yes, that’s right, some parents have actually started sewing their kid’s milk teeth onto teddies.
I’m not even going anywhere near the Pinterest rabbit hole that no doubt exist with endless pictures of teddies with teeth.
When I saw this pop up in my homefeed it reminded me of some of the macabre toys that existed during the Victorian era, like dolls made with strands of your child’s own hair.
While hair you might get away with I think teeth teddies are a step too far and I would hate to have one of these hanging around my house.
Imagine waking up in the middle of the night and seeing that thing staring back at you in the darkness?
Shudder.
