“My life, old sport, my life.”

If you are a fan of roaring 20’s and in need of a night out, well then… we have the perfect event for you.

The newly reopened Stella Theatre is showing the Great Gatsby this Saturday in a midnight screening. The film which is set in 1922, only months before the Stella theatre first opened it’s doors in Dublin, is creating this special screening to make viewers feel like they are stepping back in time.

According to Karl Geraghty, the theatre’s director the “Stella Theatre is full of glamorous art-deco features so it’s the perfect place to hold a night like this.” He also mentioned that since the re-opening in late October, this has “been one of the most requested films.”

The new Stella Theatre has been receiving outstanding reviews since it’s re-opening, with luxurious seating, table service and an extensive menu of sweet treats and savoury snacks, it is most certainly a must visit.

The latest hotspot also features a stunning cocktail club featured upstairs in the building. Serving everything from tacos to delish cocktails, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind before you’re movie. Ideal.

Tickets for this weekend’s Great Gatsby can be purchased via their site here.
