3 super easy (and soul-warming) one-pot dinners perfect for autumn

And they all pair really well with red wine...

Trine Jensen-Burke

September, guys, September is all about hibernation.

We want to escape our hectic lives and maybe try to recharge those batteries a little before the craziness of the holiday season kicks off.

Because even if it feels like it is miles away, it will creep up fast.

Which is why we are all about things that make life a little easier this month. Like these hearty one-pot dinners, that, once thrown into the pot, pretty much make themselves.

Oh, and even better? These all pair really (really) well with a glass of red wine:

1. Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon

This dish may sounds all sorts of fancy, but really it’s just delicious beef stew packed with hearty veggies and chock-a-block with savory chicken broth.

2. One-Pot Orzo Pasta with Feta, Olives, and Artichokes

Of course you can have your hearty, autumnal meal be a veggie one. This one-pot pasta dish ticks all the boxes, and packs some serious flavour too.

3. Italian One Pot Salmon and Orzo

Don’t be fooled thinking you can’t have fish with red wine – this salmon dish is here to prove to you that you can indeed. This hearty, flavoursome dish is a real crowd-pleaser.
