Eco-friendly store Jiminy.ie are now stocking face masks for little ones

Melissa Carton

These are so cute.

As of this week, face masks are required in public places like shops and on public transport, so it’s handy for all of us to have reusable masks.

While face masks are not mandatory for children under the age of 12, it’s no harm for them to have one too.

Eco-friendly store Jiminy have begun stocking a range of face masks for kids that are both practical and adorable.

The masks are made from super-soft GOTS-certified organic cotton Jersey with the ear-loops also made from cotton which are much more comfortable than elastic loops.

Each masks is reversible with a different pattern on either side and they are designed with a pocket for optional extra filter (e.g., paper towel or vacuum bag piece).

On top of it being a stylish preventative measure for every two masks bought one will be donated to charity.

It should be noted that these masks are not a medical grade mask, it is designed for you to protect others, it does not guarantee protection to yourself, so if your child has an underlying condition they may require a more protective mask.

The masks cost €11.99 and are available in a variety of child and teen sizes from Jiminy.ie.
