I think we’ve all had stuff like this happen.
Toddlers are a law unto themselves. As parents we may make the rules but a two-year-old will always figure out a way to break them.
My son once got a hold of a bottle of glitter nail polish and painted his stomach and legs with it which was an absolute treat to wash off.
My daughter recently caked a load of play dough into her hair which once again was a joy to get out.
They just wouldn’t be toddlers if they weren’t getting up to mischief.
Nobody knows this better than this one mum who received a surprise text message from her neighbour about her child’s lack of attire.
Mum Jeni Boysen posted to Facebook to share a screenshot of a photo message her neighbour sent her and we can’t stop laughing.
“Ya know. Sometimes you think you’re doing okay at life and then you get a message like this from a neighbor. I just cried I laughed so hard.
This is exactly the laughter I needed tonight.”
The photo shows her two-year-old standing completely naked in the upstairs window of her house. I love how he’s standing there so stoically as if it’s his business to be there, sure what else would he be doing?

Surviving the toddler years can be a struggle sometimes but it’s a lot easier to get through if you learn to laugh at the mayhem that they cause.
And trust me there will be plenty of mayhem.
