Scottish parent points out ‘problem’ with child’s sequin top and it’s hilarious

Trust a child to figure this out.

A parent in Scotland shared a photo of what their child did with their adjustable sequin top and I can’t stop laughing.

The top from H&M has sequins that spell out the word skate but can be switched to the word chill by rubbing the top. I’m guessing when the design for the top was thought up the design team weren’t thinking of it being used in this way.

It seems that the child the top was bought for had a different idea in mind for what they were ‘born to’ do.

The parent posted the images online along with the caption;

“Don’t think H&M thought this through. My children did. You can take the child out of Scotland.”

Even though this was not the tops intended purpose the viral post has actually ended up being great advertising for the store as many parents have commented on the photo saying that they now want to buy it for their own child.

H&M stores are going to see a mad dash for these tops and they’re going to have no idea why. It’s like they say, all publicity is good publicity.
