Wow! Aldi launches €5 uniform bundle made from recycled plastic bottles

Melissa Carton

This is amazing!

Aldi has just announced the return of its great value €5 Uniform Bundle as part of its Back to School range, but this year there’s a twist.

This year’s range is the most sustainable yet with Aldi’s partnership with ‘Cotton made in Africa’ (CmiA) ensuring the highest quality cotton and what’s more, the uniforms have been skilfully made using recycled plastic bottles, thereby reducing air and water pollution as well as shoppers’ carbon footprint!

Aldi’s Back to School range is equipped with everything savvy parents need to get their young ones kitted out in style – with amazing value and quality.

Suitable for children in all levels of primary school (ages 3 – 11 years), this year’s top-quality bundle from Aldi includes two polo shirts, one round neck jumper and either trousers or a skirt, all for under a fiver.

Aldi’s bundle includes:

Round Neck Sweater – €1
Plain Polo 2 Pack – €2
Trousers/Skirts – €2
Total – €5

John Curtin, Group Buying Director at Aldi Ireland said,

“The beginning of the school year can be financially demanding at the best of times and this year is going to be tougher than usual for many. At Aldi, we have been busy exploring how we can help support families as the new school year draws closer; one such way is to offer parents the best quality products at the lowest possible price, and this year is no different.”

Aldi’s Back to School range returns to stores next month, August 13.
