Kate has seriously upped her style this season.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have landed in Derry, Northern Ireland.

This is the first time the royal couple has visited this part of the country.

Speaking about their visit, Prince William and Kate said, “It’s great to be back in Northern Ireland for a day in Derry-Londonderry hearing from young people about how life has been during the pandemic and meeting organisations working across communities.”

Kate and William visited Ulster University’s Magee Campus on their first stop of this royal visit.

They greeted medical students at the college. It is believed the royals spoke to them over Zoom during the pandemic.

The Duchess wore a beautiful purple pantsuit for the trip.

The mum’s gorgeous suit is featured in Emilia Wickstead’s AW21 collection. She completed her look with a navy turtleneck, black belt, court shoes and wore her hair in a ponytail.

The couple even visited the campus petting zoo, which is designed to promote students’ wellbeing.

Prince William and Kate also visited the Student Union where they tasted whiskey and Tayto crisps and listened to students play traditional Irish music.

Their visit comes after the Cambridges attended the No Time To Die premiere in London last night.

The Cambridges were joined by Prince Charles and The Duchess of Cornwall.

Kate looked like a movie star in a stunning gold-caped gown by Jenny Packham. The sequin-embellished gown is worth over €5,000.

She completely stole the show in one of her most exciting red carpet looks to date.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge returned to royal duties after a long summer break.

It is believed the couple will spend a day in Derry before continuing their engagements throughout the Autumn.
