10% of Covid patients in ICU are pregnant women.

Dr. Alan Gaffney shared: “We are seeing about 10% of our Covid admissions are pregnant patients or recently pregnant, which is worrying.”

“We would encourage anyone who is pregnant, or contemplating becoming pregnant, to get vaccinated,” he added.

Cork couple charged with rape and sexual exploitation of their son

A middle-aged couple from Cork has been charged with the rape, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation of their son when he was between the ages of three and four years old.

Neither the man nor woman can be named to protect the identity of the boy.

New parents to get seven weeks paid leave from next summer

Parents of newborn babies will be able to take 7 weeks of paid leave from next August.

From 2024, they will be able to take 9 weeks of paid leave.

The additional leave aims to improve the work-life balance after new EU rules were introduced.

Warner Bros are redeveloping the 1992 movie and playwright Matthew Lopez is writing the script.

Casting has yet to be revealed but they’ll need quite the pair of stars to fill Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner’s shoes.

Celebrity: Kim Kardashian says she is “done” having children

Kim Kardashian has revealed she does not want to have any more children.

The mum-of-four told The Ellen DeGeneres Show, “Yes, yes, I think so. Yes, I’m done. I have a lot of kids, I’m done.”

The reality star is a mother to 8-year-old North, 5-year-old Saint, 3-year-old Chicago, and 2-year-old Psalm.
