Stacey Solomon has shared many special family moments with her Instagram followers.
The mum-of-four has shared everything from her breastfeeding experience, cleaning hacks, and daughter Rose’s birth with her 4.9 million followers.
Over the weekend, baby Rose met someone very dear to Stacey.

The former X Factor star finally got to introduce Rose to her great-grandmother. Stacey explained that they haven’t had a chance to visit because of the pandemic.
The photos of her 93-year-old grandmother and baby Rose have completely melted our hearts.
There’s no doubt the photos will move a lot of people, especially those who have missed out on so much quality family time.
Stacey shared. “When Grandma Met Rose. Happy 93rd Birthday Grandma. Seeing you on your birthday and Rose being able to meet you for the first time on your special day was just the best.
“We are so so grateful to have you, Grandma. You’re incredibly special to us and we love you so very much,” she gushed.
Stacey explained that their family hasn’t been able to spend enough time together due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which is what made their day together so wonderful.
“We haven’t been able to see you enough over the last two years but we are excited and grateful to start making memories again to love and treasure as much as we treasure you.”
“Thinking of anyone who hasn’t been able to make memories with their special ones that they deserved,” Stacey added.
