She can’t put any weight on her right foot.
Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Odudu has suffered an injury just days before the final.
The presenter is said to be heartbroken and her place in the final now hangs in jeopardy.
It is believed the finalist has hurt her right ankle, including her ligaments.
AJ posted a photo of her on crutches and shared an update with fans.
“I’ve got a repeated traumatic impact injury to my right ankle affecting the joint, capsule, and ligaments themselves.
“I can’t pinpoint a moment it actually happened during training but the pain came on suddenly on Monday night.”
AJ said the pain was so bad that she actually projectile vomited on Monday.

She said she can’t put any weight on her right foot without agonising discomfort.
“Because I’m unable to move without crutches, we haven’t been nor will be able to rehearse properly ahead of the live final. To say I’m devastated would be a huge understatement and I am gutted,” the contestant added.
It may not be the week AJ and her professional partner Kai expected, but they’re trying to stay positive.
“I’m surrounded by a fantastic medical team who are trying their best to get me back on my feet.”
“I have the most incredible partner Kai who is carrying me emotionally and physically (literally).
“I sincerely hope it will be all right on the night,” she added.
AJ is due to compete in Saturday’s final alongside Bake Off’s John Whaite and actress Rose Ayling-Ellis.
The final is a mere two days away so we’re really hoping AJ will be better by Saturday.
