Brad Pitt is spending more time with his children.

According to In Touch, the actor has now reportedly spent his first overnight visit with his six children, the first since he was cleared of child abuse allegations.

The magazine reports that Brad and Maddox, 15, Shiloh, 10, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8, enjoyed an entire evening together, in what is thought to be a first since his wife filed for divorce back in September last year.

In the days following the split announcement, Angelina was awarded sole physical custody of all the children after Brad was investigated over claims he got ‘verbally abusive and physical with his children’ on a private jet. However, after a brief investigation, the 53-year-old Academy Award winner was cleared of any wrongdoing and the case was dropped.

In January, Brad and Angelina issued a joint statement indicating they’d decided to conduct the rest of their divorce proceedings away from the public eye.

‘The parties and their counsel have signed agreements to preserve the privacy rights of their children and family by keeping all court documents confidential and engaging a private judge to make any necessary legal decisions and to facilitate the expeditious resolution of any remaining issues,’ said the statement, per People.

And now the couple seem to be coming to better agreements over custody as well.

‘He seems to have a more positive outlook. Things seem much better now … He can spend more time with them,’ a source told Entertainment Tonight about Brad’s evening with his kids.

‘He seems much happier. He has missed his kids terribly. The kids are his whole world. It’s all he cares about. Brad is willing to work with Angie so they can have peace for the kids. What it ultimately comes down to is that he just wants to be with the kids.’
