According to TMZ, the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) has stepped in and are asking a Dependency Court judge to determine whether the 10-month-old is living in a safe environment.
DCFS had opened an investigation into Blac Chyna and her alleged drug use before her split from Rob in March of this year.
Chyna has since obtained a restraining order against Rob, who she claims tried to beat her.
