Fair play to her.

Holly Willoughby has spoken out about being pregnant and said that she “loved” giving birth.

The presenter and TV personality called the experience “empowering” and said that it was the most “life-changing” thing that ever happened to her.

Speaking on a live Mumsnet chat, she said:

“I loved being pregnant. I loved giving birth.

I would give birth again tomorrow as it’s just the most amazing, empowering, life-changing thing.”

The mum-of-three also said that she didn’t think she and husband Dan Baldwin would be having any more children, but that she didn’t want that stage in her life to be over.

“They’re real people with personalities, and when we’re all sitting about the table, I sometimes find myself thinking, ‘Why wouldn’t you want more of this Holly?’”

Holly gave birth to her last child, Chester, three years ago and has since spoken out about her delight in having a “nappy-free” household.

She is also mum to Harry, who is eight, and six-year-old Belle.

The This Morning star also said that she wouldn’t want any more children because that means she would have to spend less time with the ones she already has.

“You’ve got to remember that I’ve got three. My bedtime is my real one on one time with them, a proper sit down, that’s one of my main reasons I don’t think I’m going to have another.”
