American mum Liz, or ‘MomSoHard’ on YouTube, posted a hilarious video of herself wearing a nappy to prove why they are so great, and to shut down everybody who shamed her son for using one in the process.
In the clip, she can be seen driving a car without having to make any stops, watching Netflix for five days in a row without having to use the bathroom, and doing yoga in a nappy to “avoid any accidents.”

Throughout the video, Liz models the nappy as if she wears them every day, showing how comfortable and useful the product really is.
The clip has been viewed almost 4,000 times, and has been praised by users for being “so brave.”
