The dad hit back after followers accused him of dying his daughter’s hair.
Peter Andre has responded to criticism that he dyes his four-year-old’s hair to match her mum Emily after he posted a picture of the pair playing outside recently.
The dad posted a picture on Instagram of his wife Emily and their two children playing in the garden with the caption:
“Which one is which?”
The post immediately drew comments from followers who couldn’t believe how similar Amelia and her mum Emily’s hair looked.
“Have you dyed your daughter’s hair? She is too young,” read one of the many comments suggesting Peter had done so.
However, Peter has since hit back at the claims, calling them “ridiculous”.
“So many people commented saying how alike Ems and Mills are,” read Peter’s column in New! magazine.
“Tell me about it! Someone asked if we’ve dyed Amelia’s hair to match Emily’s but that’s ridiculous! None of us dyed our hair, not even me!
“It’s not just the same colour Emily and Amelia share. Their personalities are exactly the same, too. Mills is so soft and kind, but she’s also ridiculously shy.”
This comes just months after Peter admitted he doesn’t like the idea of children wearing makeup.
“A lot of kids love dressing up like mum, but personally I don’t like posting pictures like that because it attracts the wrong kind of attention.
“It’s something I don’t do.”
