Even the thought of it is making our toes curl.

Stepping on a piece of Lego is one of the most painful things ever.

Sometimes, getting your kids to tidy up after an important building session can be even more agonising.

One genius Australian mum has had enough of this so came up with a brilliant way of picking up her son’s Lego.

Lucky us, she decided to share her hack with the world.

Ange Dobbin took to Kmart Mums Australia’s Facebook page. She said:

“Went and bought a pooper scooper today and it’s the best $8 I have spent for picking up my son’s Lego.”

Yes, you read that right. She bought an item that is usually used to pick up a dog’s you know what, and said its the best thing ever to gather pieces of Lego.

The mum’s post has attracted over 1000 likes. Loads of people have commented on it saying how useful this hack will be for keeping their own homes tidy.
