She gave birth to her first child – a boy named Liam – just six weeks ago.
But Lauren Conrad was more than happy to step-up to bridesmaid duties over the weekend – attending the nuptials of her friends, Cassandra Herschenfeld and Ben Katz, in California.

Also in the bridal party was Lo Bosworth, another star of The Hills – the show which catapulted Lauren to fame in the mid-2000s.
With a total of five bridesmaid, their dresses were light grey and sleeveless and all had slight variations.
The party – along with a gaggle of other girlfriends – had gotten ready together on Saturday morning, wearing matching floral dressing gowns for the occasion.
The bride herself, known as Cassie to her friends, donned a simple gown with a stunning fitted bodice and an embroidered tulle skirt.
The Jewish celebration was held at the upmarket Ojai Valley Inn & Spa with the top of the chuppah being filled with hanging tulips for the outdoor afternoon ceremony.
Afterwards, the guests remained outside as they sat down to personalised menu cards, the long tables being dressed with plenty of green foliage, chunky white candles, and rose-gold cutlery.
The newly married couple are based in New York and held their engagement party in the Westshore Grand hotel in Florida last November.
Last month, Lauren had made Cassie and Ben a touching needlework creation. Entitled, The Katz Family Est, August 19 2017, it showed the bride- and groom-t0-be alongside their dog.
Recently, Lauren, 31, who has been married to William Tell, 37, since 2014, told People that she had multiple sizes of her bridesmaid dress fitted to accommodate her post-baby figure.
“I’m in a wedding in a month and fortunately we’re doing the bridesmaid dresses so I can order several. I have no idea what my body is going to be, I don’t know what shape I’m going to be,” she said.
