Little Penelope Scotland Disick sleeps in style, that’s for sure. And when your mama is a self-confessed interiors nerd and obsessed with all things design, that might not be all that surprising, we guess. Well that – and the fact that money is certainly no object for reality TV’s royal family.
So when Kourtney Kardashian shared an exclusive sneak peek courtesy of her daughter’s new bedroom on her website, it is no surprise that it is pretty much what childhood dreams are made of.
“When we moved into the new house Penelope was ready for a big girl room, but she definitely still wanted a space that was both playful and pink!” Kardashian explains to her fans. To achieve that particular vibe, Kardashian apparently kept “many of the accents” from her daughter’s last room but opted for a “sleek and modern feel.”
The “Love Me” neon light, for instance, previously hung on the wall of Kourtney’s own bedroom – which is kind of a cute way of recycling interiors, we think. Another detail we love is the vintage Lucite clothing rack for Penelope’s doll clothes – which, according to the eldest Kardashian sister – came from a clothing shop owned by Kourtney’s grandmother.
As for sleeping, little P (as her mama calls her) sleep in a pink-and-white queen-size bed – perfectly on trend with a blush-colored velvet-upholstered bed frame, which according to Kourtney, “really warms up the room and is great for kids so they don’t bump into a wood frame.”
The reality star has also shared more snaps of her litle girl’s room on Snapchat, and we have to say, that fluffy white chair is pretty much topping our wish-lists right now:
