Little girl writes letter to Zara asking to model for their boy’s clothes section

Fair play to her.

Growing up being a girl who’s not the biggest fan of dresses is no easy feat.

These days, everybody knows that pink doesn’t equal feminity and that flowing skirts and dresses aren’t necessary for anybody with a vagina, but if you’re a girl chances are people are going to buy them for you anyway.

One little girl who prefers boy’s clothes is seven-year-old Eliza Brichto.

She likes boy’s clothes so much that she’s even gone and written to retailer Zara asking them if she can model for their boy’s section.

Bless her.

The Independent reports that Eliza handwrote a letter to the Spanish company explaining exactly why she would be perfect to model for their boy’s section.

She said:

“Dear Zara, My name is Eliza and I’m 7-years-old. I’m writing to you because I would like to be a model for Zara boys.

“You might think that it’s quite weird that a girl wears boy clothes but anyway let me tell you the story.

“When I was four I looked at Zara girls and I wasn’t really sure about the girls clothes but then I had a little look at the boys clothes and I loved them.

“Now the only place I go clothes shopping is Zara boys. I’m your number one fan, please accept my offer for me being a model for Zara boys.

From Eliza.”

She makes a solid point in fairness to her.

Last year, Zara launched their line of gender-neutral coats, joining the ever-growing line of companies opting not to target their clothing to just one gender.

Eliza has yet to receive a reply from the retailer.
