Second IKEA Outlet To Open In Dublin This Summer

HerFamily

We don’t know about you but we love a good trip to IKEA (preferably alone mind you) – all that furniture, all those colour schemes and more interior ideas than you could shake a stick at.

Basically, it’s heaven.

So you can imagine the joy we are now experiencing because of the news that a second outlet will be opening in Dublin this summer.

According to The Irish Times, the branch will be located in The Park, Carrickmines, and it will be smaller than the one in Ballymum.

However, that doesn’t mean that it’s going to be lacking in services. It will offer an ‘Order and Collect’ option and, of course, have a cafe on-site (we love a good coffee in IKEA).

The ‘Order and Collect’ service was introduced to the UK last year and currently operates successful collection points in Norwich and Aberdeen.

Talk about a good start to the week!
