Feel like your skin is looking a little dull from all the staring at screens we’ve all been doing?

I swear; ‘Zoom skin’ is a thing, and in fact, the blue light emitting from our devices has been proving to cause premature skin ageing – meaning these past few months have no doubt taken their toll on our complexions.

Luckily, there are steps we can take – limiting screen time being the most important, of course. A good skincare routine will make a difference too, and right now, I am loving this gorgeous homemade skin brightening mango mask, which leaves my skin looking really fresh and glowy every time I use it.

As for why mangoes? Well, because this super-food offers perfectly natural ingredients that promote glowing, healthy, fresh skin. Mangoes are rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals, all of which are great for their anti-ageing benefits.

Vitamin C – reduces the damage induced by the sun’s UV rays, although it’s not a sunscreen, it protects against free radicals.
Vitamin A – also known as Retinol, diminishes fine lines by stimulating collagen production and lightening dark patches on the skin.
Vitamin B6 – a water-soluble vitamin that reduces sebum on the skin.
Vitamin E – a fat-soluble vitamin that’s great for hydrating the skin.

In other words, we should all be including more mangoes in our diets, but also, here is an easy way to use it on your skin:
