Apparently, we’ve been putting our bras on wrong all this time

Sorry, WHAT?!

putting our bras

Ever heard of the ‘Swoop and Scoop’ technique?

Apparently, it’s the best way to put your bra on in order to get the right support and fit for you personally.

If you find that your bra just isn’t sitting the way it should be and you’re not comfortable, this approach should make a significant difference.

How to go about the ‘Swoop and Scoop’ method is outlined in the video below but it basically means ensuring all of your breast tissue is sitting within the bra cup, instead of just letting it fall there naturally.

Apparently, if you don’t finish with this step, your bra is acting as just a cover rather than the support it’s meant to provide and that’s enough to persuade us to try it.

Applying this approach means you’re repositioning the underwire of your bra and the bra cups to properly lift and support your breasts.

Although the technique might prove more useful if you have a large chest, it’s recommended for women with any cup or breast size to ensure you’re getting the best fit possible.
