This Is The €17 Secret to Kate Middleton’s Gorgeous Hair

Katie Mythen-Lynch

When we’re not fawning over her adorable children, we can usually be found admiring her bouncy brunette locks. Now the man responsible for tending to Kate Middleton’s royal tresses has let the cat out of the bag as to how he keeps her world famous ‘do looking its best.

Kate’s personal hairdresser Richard Ward first met the Duchess when she started dropping by his salon just off London’s King’s Road for the ‘Chelsea Blow Dry’.

“She’s the same person that first came into the salon 10 years ago,” Ward, who was even on hand on Kate’s wedding day in 2011, told PEOPLE.

Now Ward has finally given away his secret to princess-worthy gruaig. And the only bit of new kit you’ll need is an utterly princess-y pink Tangle Angel brush, which you can order here. This clever little tools is anti-bacterial and anti-static. It’s also heat resistant so you can blow-dry as you go.

Here’s how to do it…

Starting with wet hair, use the Tangle Angel to comb through your locks to “lift the hair and really get to the cuticle”.

Once the hair is dry, reach for the old fashioned roller, but make sure you lift the hair well at the root before wrapping it around each one. “If you feel you’re being too aggressive or pulling your hair too much, trust me you can’t be,” says Ward.

So there you have it. Now you too can bag a prince.
