These Top Tips Could Help You Get Longer Locks

HerFamily

Do you find that your hair just doesn’t seem to grow or do you wish you had longer locks? Well, your scalp could be the problem.

Matrix SoColor stylist George Papanikolas told SheFinds.com:

“Healthy hair begins at the scalp and it’s important to nourish and take care of it.”

“All the hair products that we use eventually leave buildup and oil on our scalps, which can hinder growth.”

As well as grease, another sign that this area needs some TLC is flaky skin, which can be targeted with anti-dandruff hair products.

Dermatologist Francesca Fusco also told the website that getting a scalp massage, eating plenty of protein and avoiding very hot showers can help the scalp area and thus encourage hair growth.

From our own experience, we find that having a regular trim and rinsing hair with cold water after washing works wonders.
