The €18 Penneys summer dress I need in my holiday suitcase.
In terms of weather, summer 2019 has been a bit of a disappointment thus far with little to no sunshine and instead, a significant amount of rain.
That said, we live in hope and thankfully, there are still two and a half months to go.
