Here is why Whitney Port is selling all of her maternity clothes online

Whitney Port is after teaming up with ThredUP to raise money for charity and help mothers in need.

Yep, designer and actress, Whitney Port is selling all her pregnancy and some pre-pregnancy items on ThredUP, the largest online thrift store with all proceeds going to Every Mother Counts, a global nonprofit fighting for better maternal health care.

The 32-year-old is selling a variety of clothes that range in price from $22 – $322 (€18 – €270).

Speaking to People, the new mom said: “I’m excited that the proceeds from this sale will benefit Every Mother Counts, and thredUP.com will match every dollar raised.”

Every Mother Counts, Port’s chosen charity, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother. everywhere. Their main aim is raising funds which then support maternal health programs around the world.

The star is also cleaning out her wardrobe in a symbolic way to begin her new life as a mom. The singer gave birth to her first child in July of this year. Alongside husband, Tim Rosenman, the pair were ecstatic to bring baby Sonny into the world.
