'An air of tension': Inside Meghan Markle's first meeting with the queen

If it’s good enough for Meghan…

Obviously, being madly in love with a prince is a great way to get your skin looking all lit up from inside, but if the health gurus at The Chalkboard Mag are to be believed, the 36-year-old also has some great nutritional tricks up her sleeve to make sure her skin is looking all sorts of camera ready.

Having chatted all things wellness with Markle a couple of years back, they can reveal that she is a big fan of smoothies for breakfast and that her very favourite one, not only tastes super-delicious but also, of course, packs a great nutritional punch.

Oh, and According to Meghan, sometimes she likes to mix the smoothie recipe up by using “frozen mango, a squeeze of lime, I swap the cinnamon for turmeric (which has unbelievable healing properties, of course) and just use coconut water”.

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla-flavoured protein powder of choice
½ cup of frozen blueberries or frozen mango
1 tsp of cinnamon or turmeric
some chia seeds
½ cup almond milk
½ cup of coconut water

Directions:

Blend together and enjoy!
