Any plans for the weekend?

Because you might want to cancel them.

Netflix has added a string of new movies to the platform and just in time for the weekend, hurrah!

Included in the list of new additions are:

Cardboard Gangsters (now streaming)

A 2017 Irish crime film based in Darndale, Dublin – starring John Connors (from LoveHate). It follows him and his group of friends as they try to make it in the illegal drug trade.

Fury (available February 9)

Fury is a 2014 American war film starring Brad Pitt, Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Michael Peña, Jon Bernthal and Jason Isaacs. The film portrays US tank crews in Nazi Germany during the final days of World War II.

Kick-Ass 2 (available February 9)

The second instalment of this franchise. Dave (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), aka Kick-Ass, and Mindy (Chloë Grace Moretz), aka Hit Girl, are trying to live as normal teenagers and briefly form a crime-fighting team. After Mindy is busted and forced to retire as Hit Girl, Dave joins a group of amateur superheroes led by Col. Stars and Stripes (Jim Carrey), a reformed mobster. Just as Dave and company start to make a real difference on the streets, the villain formerly known as Red Mist rears his head yet again.

When We First Met (available February 9)

A brand new Netflix original, after spending a night with the girl of his dreams only to become just friends, a man gets the opportunity to travel through time through a magical photo booth, and alter that night over and over again until he gets everything perfect.

Most certainly enough of a reason to stay in this weekend. Netflix and chill? Yes please.
