The man whose baby photo was featured as Nirvana's infamous Nevermind album cover is now suing the band for child sexual exploitation. Spencer Elden, now 30, claims he's the naked baby pictured in a swimming pool on the 1991 album artwork – and that the image is child pornography. According to documents obtained by TMZ, a new federal lawsuit initiated by Elden claims he could not consent to the use of his image on the album art thirty years ago as he was only 4 months old. He also claims his legal guardians didn’t consent on his behalf. Elden is suing the band's surviving members, Kurt Cobain's estate and others for damages of around $150,000 each. Reps for Nirvana and Cobain's estate have yet to comment on the lawsuit.
