Selling Sunset’s Heather Rae El Moussa opens up on her appreciation for life after welcoming son

Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa has opened up on her daily life as a new mum and her new appreciation for life since welcoming her son. The reality star reflected on her "deeper appreciation" for normal life and spoke about how the smaller things now have more meaning to her. Heather welcomed her son Tristan in January with her husband Tarek El Moussa and has been documenting her journey with motherhood since. Sharing a series of photos of Tristan, Heather explained how her perspective has changed on life since he was born. The 35-year-old wrote: “POV: you have a front row seat to the best view in the whole wide world. Something I’m loving about being a mom to a newborn is that I have such a deeper appreciation for the little things in life.

“I was lucky enough to be in Tay and Bray’s life at a really young age but raising a baby is a little different. It makes you kind of slow down and appreciate the moments throughout the day that you maybe wouldn’t have before.

"Things like daily strolls, cuddling up on the couch, putting Tristan in a new outfit, having sweats and no-makeup days… I love every second”.

“My days used to be so go go go and so glam, but I’m enjoying the more down-to-earth moments recently- And I just still can’t believe he’s ours, balance."

Heather gave birth to a baby boy, who was born at the end of January. The celebrity realtor took to Instagram with a photo of her new arrival. In her caption, she wrote: "Our baby boy is here (1.31.23). "Mama & baby are happy, healthy, tired, but doing well. Our hearts are so happy."
