The Fairyhouse Easter Festival promises a weekend of fun for the whole family this year.

The Fairyhouse Easter Festival featuring the BoyleSports Irish Grand National is taking place from Saturday, 3 April until Monday, 5 April.

Due to current restrictions, it’s taking place behind closed doors this year but you can still tune in to all the coverage on TG4 on Easter Saturday and RTE on Easter Sunday and Monday.

And with an exciting weekend of racing to look forward and €1.25 million worth of prize money up for grabs, it’s certainly not to be missed!

Ahead of the excitement, past Irish Grand National jockey Nina Carberry recently caught up with some racing juniors to teach them about racing and her own impressive career.

Fairyhouse are encouraging the whole family to #BeInvolved from home this year, and their website is jam-packed with fun activities such as an activity sheet, recipes and competitions.
