Great news for fertility patients.
Sims IVF, has introduced a new fertility app, ‘Salve’, for all patients attending its six clinics across Ireland.
Sims IVF is the first clinic in Ireland to partner with Salve, a leading provider of digital healthcare solutions, to introduce the app to its patient’s.
The partnership comes as part of Sims IVF’s continued effort to ease the patient journey and adapt services to best suit the needs of patients.
The Salve App will enable patients to communicate securely with clinic staff, check on test results and receive appointment and medication reminders on the go, without needing to access a computer or laptop.
The App also provides a secure, instant chat function between patients and Sims IVF medical experts, which will complement the existing routine contact and assistance offered by phone and email.
Speaking with us today about the launch of the new app, Damien O’Dowd, Group Clinic Director, Sims IVF said;
“We are delighted to launch the Salve App, which is now available to all our patients in our six clinics.
We hope that this new platform will remove some of the stress often associated with administrative side of treatment for our patients.
The new App will enable them to take control of their journey, allowing them to engage directly with staff and providing easy access to important information during their treatment cycle.
In the digital era, with a wealth of information readily available online, it is vital that patients can receive instant, accurate and tailored advice from our staff.”
For anyone interested in downloading the new app, the Salve App is available to download on the App Store and Google Play Store.
