An Irish company is offering female employees the chance to freeze their eggs.
Tech company, HubSpot, is offering women the new perk as part of their salary package.
The Sunday Times reports that the Dublin based company is thought to be the first in Ireland to give this option to female employees.
The perk already exists in some companies in the US and is beginning to become more popular with others in the UK too.
The likes of Google and Apple pay to have their female employees’ eggs frozen if requested.
Last year, it was reported that some other British firms were in talks with a fertility clinic to offer the perk too.
The option is there so some women can choose to focus on their careers instead of having children in their 20 and 30s.
