So, with that in mind, SuperValu set up a series of Take Ten videos. The videos feature GAA stars presenting a programme built around 10-minute bursts of exercise for the family to do together.
SuperValu has also spent the summer sending 55,000 GAA footballs to GAA clubs country-wide to promote and encourage activity in children.
