The shorter evenings don't seem so bad all of a sudden.
Nothing says comfort quite like a warm cup of hot chocolate, especially if it's made with Nutella. I ate so much of the stuff while pregnant, I swear some of my children were born part-Nutella.
This little gem is easy and only takes five minutes. You also only need two ingredients - Nutella and milk. Easy, peasy! The children can help with this one too. You can try it with almond milk too.
Instructions:
Heat a cup of milk in a small pot until it's steaming but not quite boiling.
Stir in the Nutella until it is evenly dissolved (Let the children lick the spoon)
Pour into pretty cups and add marshmallows, then enjoy all the gooey goodness.
That's it? That's it!
HOWEVER, should you want to jazz it up and make ORANGE hot chocolate (who said that?) just drop a few strips of orange rind into the milk mixture before you begin warming it. Leave it in as you make the hot chocolate.
